A little pretentious?!
Maybe, but this is definitely the best olive oil I've ever tasted; It's just green enough, fruity, grassy and nutty, with a great overall taste that leaves all my dishes with a delicious flavor. Nothing is the same without it!
In fact, this quality of oil is so hard to get one's hands on that I've decided to share, so you will find it only here under the name "Olivoglio" - I love olive oil!

aren't genuine and true to their label?
And half of the olive oils that state they are Italian aren't really from Italian olives
but are oils that somehow have gone through the country for packaging...
